Take a project paper machine auxiliary control system as an example
This control system is a set of networked automatic control system. It uses PROFIBUS-DP/Ethernet fieldbus as the control network, and PLC as the central controller. The control and monitoring signals are collected on-site through Siemens' remote I/O and placed on the operating platform. The ET200 I/O installed on the console acts as a slave station and exchanges data with Siemens S7 series PLC through a network adapter. Its I/O signal is provided to the CPU through the field control bus. MCS and DCS communication: as a DP slave station to communicate with the DCS system.
Features:
Simplify the complicated wiring method on site and facilitate future maintenance. Each auxiliary drive motor in the system has operation functions such as start, stop (or tighten or loosen) and operation instructions, and each point has perfect short circuit, overload and stroke P. Protection (if necessary). Some circuits also have interlocking/unlocking, operation/maintenance conversion or input/removal functions. The supply of MCS includes all interlocking control points (proximity switches, photoelectric switches, etc.) on the paper machine from the wire section to the coiler, and hydraulic control Point and alarm device, paper break detection, limit, etc.
